Breathing Air Analysis

Using the latest Drager Aerotest Alpha testing equipment, Pressureworx Breathing Air Analysis overcomes issues with detecting oil in breathing air without the need for using test tubes selected specifically to react to the compressor oil in use. This allows Pressureworx to sample and test air quality simultaneously.

    Overview

Breathing air Air Analysis is required by the Australian Standard AS/NZS2299.1 and is a legal requirement in Australia and New Zealand. The standard specifies that air must not be used as a breathing gas unless each compressor supplying that air has been tested for purity during the proceeding six months and every six months during the operation.

    Features
    • Air is tested for Oxygen, CO2, CO, oil content and water content
    • Air is checked for odours
    • Testing completed on-site
    • Client issued with a Pressureworx Certificate of Compliance
    • Will detect any oil in the air, regardless of the oil in use in the compressor

I know it’s a legal requirement but there’s also a great peace of mind when you know that the air your working with is clean and safe..
